Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer service/scheduling person who is phone and computer proficient. We are a very customer centric organization that prides itself on exemplary customer service and follow up. Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour. Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week. Work location: Gannon Pest Control, 2925 Milton Ave Solvay NY 13209. Weekly day range: Monday to Friday, rotating weekends. Work setting: Call center, In-person, Office. Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications.

Gannon Pest Control Apprentice Pest Control Technician- Seasonal We are looking for a Seasonal Pest Control Service Technician. This is an independent position that requires traveling to customers home to perform exterior pest control services. Ability to manage a route, discuss service needs with customers and complete all service information on a tablet is necessary. No prior pest control experience is necessary, all candidates will be fully trained under NYS Apprentice Guidelines. Send your resume to accounting@gannonpestcontrol.com. Job Requirements: Valid NYS Driver’s License, Prior customer service experience. Candidate must be comfortable around ladders and roofs and be able to lift at least 50lbs. Available Monday - Saturday, 8AM to 5PM. Comfortable using email and computer applications for entering service information. Ability to follow chemical measurement and mixing guidelines. Clean, professional appearance. This seasonal position will begin in April and run through September. Job Types: Full-time, Temporary. Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour. Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week. Benefits: Paid training. Experience level: No experience needed. Payment frequency: Paid weekly. Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed.
